Chase Calhoun

Chase Calhoun’s passion for real estate began early, inspired by Rich Dad Poor Dad and a family legacy in property development. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Chase began his career in law enforcement and commercial insurance before relocating to Little Rock, Arkansas with his wife Brenda, their son Niko, and their English Mastiff, Axle.

Now a seasoned investor and builder, Chase manages a portfolio of more than 75 rental units and has completed over 100 remodels. His focus is on building high-quality homes, investment properties, and commercial projects that create long-term value and community impact.

Beyond real estate, Chase is an outdoor enthusiast and fitness advocate, currently training for a half Ironman. He is also an active member of GoBundance, a national organization focused on personal and professional growth.
