Hello! I'm Chase Calhoun, and my passion for real estate was ignited at a young age when I first read "Rich Dad Poor Dad." With a family deeply rooted in the real estate industry, I have always felt a strong connection to this field.
Professional Journey
Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, my early career was in law enforcement and commercial insurance. I relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas, with my wife Brenda, our son Niko, and our English Mastiff, Axle. Here, I dove deep into the world of real estate, investing in long-term rentals and fix-and-flips. Currently, I manage a portfolio of approximately 75 units, ranging from single-family homes to small multifamily properties. My journey in real estate has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding, including turning a sight-unseen foreclosure into a successful rental property—one of our first major projects in Little Rock.
Since then, I have completed over 100 property remodels, significantly enhancing the value of each property and providing high-quality homes to the community.
Personal Interests
Beyond real estate, I am a fervent lover of the outdoors and an enthusiastic participant in various fitness activities. Currently training for a half Ironman, I am dedicated to maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, often found working out at the Little Rock Athletic Club. Additionally, I am an active member of GoBundance, engaging in events nationwide that foster both personal and professional growth.
Commitment to Service
My professional focus is on assisting clients with their real estate transactions, particularly in investment properties. I am deeply involved in expanding our construction business through client-driven remodels and new constructions, both residential and commercial. My aim is to continue growing our real estate investment portfolio with high-quality remodeled or newly constructed rental properties.
Traveling with my family has also become a cherished part of our lives, allowing us to explore new places and experience diverse cultures together.
